1. Ad Hoc Support: Receive rapid responses to support requests to address unanticipated problems. This work is performed on an hourly basis and billed in ¼ hour increments based. If the effort will exceed 2 hours, TechHouse requests your approval before proceeding.

2. Specialist as a Service: You purchase a fixed number of hours at a discounted rate and assign projects to a designated TechHouse specialist. The hours expire at the end of an allotted time frame.

Assessments of your existing infrastructure are complimentary for all TechHouse customers and highly recommended for new customers. Our team evaluates strengths and weaknesses in relation to industry standards and your unique goals. Assessments allow us to make the best recommendations for your organization.

Project Kick-Off

This 30-minute meeting sets the stage for a successful collaboration. It serves as an opportunity to align expectations, establish clear communication channels, and ensure a shared understanding of each project’s objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. For some especially large projects, there may be multiple Project Kick-Offs for different stages of the project.
