Working with TechHouse starts with an Onboarding Meeting. In this meeting, we provide information on how to work with each area of our organization, including Sales, Operations, and Administration.

Assessments

Assessments of your existing infrastructure are complimentary for all TechHouse customers and highly recommended for new customers. Our team evaluates strengths and weaknesses in relation to industry standards and your unique goals. Assessments allow us to make the best recommendations for your organization.

Project Kick-Off

This 30-minute meeting sets the stage for a successful collaboration. It serves as an opportunity to align expectations, establish clear communication channels, and ensure a shared understanding of each project’s objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables. For some especially large projects, there may be multiple Project Kick-Offs for different stages of the project.
